Student Grievances and Complaints
- At EC Business School & Technology, we are committed to creating a supportive and respectful learning environment. If you have concerns about your experience, you have the right to raise them without fear of unfair treatment. We encourage open communication and fair resolutions to ensure every student feels valued.
Resolving Concerns Informally
- If you face an issue, we recommend trying to resolve it informally first. Speak directly with the person or department involved. Open and respectful discussions often lead to quick solutions. If the issue remains unresolved, you can follow our formal grievance process for a fair and timely resolution.
Complaints About Discrimination or Misconduct
- EC Business School & Technology is committed to a safe and inclusive environment. We do not tolerate discrimination or misconduct of any kind, including unfair treatment based on gender, race, religion, disability, or other personal attributes.
- Discrimination: Any unfair treatment based on personal attributes is strictly prohibited
Sexual Misconduct: Any form of harassment or misconduct is taken seriously, and students are encouraged to report concerns immediately.
Academic Concerns
- If you have issues with grades, course content, or academic policies:
- 1.First, discuss the matter with your instructor.
2.If unresolved, contact the Academic Coordinator.
3.If needed, file a formal complaint through the grievance procedure.
Formal Complaint Process
If informal resolution does not work, students can file a formal complaint.
- Against another student: Submit your complaint to the Dean of Student Affairs. A Conduct Board will review the case and provide a resolution.
- Against an employee: Submit your complaint to the department head or human resources. The case will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken.
Confidentiality
Your complaint will be handled with care and privacy. Only those involved in resolving the issue will have access to the details.
- At EC Business School & Technology, we are dedicated to ensuring all students have a fair and transparent way to voice concerns. If you need further guidance, reach out to student support services.
