Credit Transfer Policy
- At EC Business School & Technology, we assess academic credit transfers on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to transfer credits from previous coursework, we encourage you to consult with our admissions advisors before completing your enrollment. The transferability of credits will be confirmed prior to finalizing the enrollment agreement. We welcome students from across the globe to apply for our degree programs. Credits earned from select partner institutions may be eligible for transfer into equivalent programs at EC Business School & Technology. However, acceptance of transfer credits is not guaranteed and depends on academic evaluation.
- While we accept transfer credits from recognized institutions both nationally and internationally, we cannot assure that credits earned at our university will be transferable to other institutions. Students looking to transfer credits elsewhere should confirm eligibility with their prospective institution.

To assess credit transfer eligibility, students must provide:
- Official transcripts in a language understood by our admissions team. Course syllabi and relevant academic materials for evaluation. Proof of completion from an accredited institution.
- Undergraduate-level courses typically qualify for undergraduate transfer credits, while graduate-level courses may be eligible for graduate transfer credits. All transfer credit decisions are made based on course content, syllabus, and academic equivalency.
- If transfer credits are not granted, students must provide high school or secondary school transcripts for standard admissions review.
Note: Transfer credits are subject to review by our admissions team and evaluated individually to ensure course equivalency.
This policy is effective from January 1st 2025, replacing any previous versions.
